VK Glass is Great!

I recently had a custom shower door installed and their rep came promptly on time, as scheduled, for the measurements. Then just about a week later came right on time for the install. Both appointments were positive experiences. Both representatives were very professional and I am beyond pleased with the results.
VK glass did everything they could to help me out.

When i called them initially I had just had a terrible experience with a contractor from another shower door company. I am thrilled with my new shower enclosure. It was the final step in my bathroom remodel.

We have used VK glass on several occasions. We had one of our glass sliders shatter in our Eichler home (lots of glass) and they came out the same day, they also replaced the rollers on a different slider because the installer noticed it was not operating properly.

We have been very happy with their service, we even had custom cut glass from them for table tops and cabinet sliding doors– all completed within a week. They are straightforward and accommodating, just explain exactly what you need and they will guide you through the process.

We had a Thursday 8 AM appointment to replace the front windshield on our Camry. I checked in on time and made sure they understood that I needed to have the work done by 10:45 so my wife could drive to work. Well, the job was completely and properly done by 8:20! The work entailed removing and re-installing the rearview mirror that has electric wires going to it.

Hey, the techs even removed and correctly re-installed the Velcro strips for our FasTrak gizmo at the proper spacing! I assume that they pre-ordered the correct glass and had it ready to install. Cost was reasonable at $311 for the standard non-noise suppression glass including labor.

Needless to say I am VERY impressed with the fast and accurate service we had on this glass replacement. They will be our go-to place for our glass needs in the future.

On a previous visit to the shop, we ordered a thick piece of glass shelving. It was cut perfectly to our specs and available for pick-up the next day after we placed our order.

My car got broken into, all the other shops had hilarious wait times. Called this shop, they were ready to get it done immediately. Too bad I had to go out of town on business… I fly in, drop the car with them at 1400 hrs (that is 2pm for the civilian population) get a call to pick it up 1 1/2 hrs later.

They even cleaned it!!!!!!!

Hopefully I will never need their services again, but if someone needs auto glass work done– they are the real deal!!! Highly recommended.

I had the unfortunate experience of my car getting broken into. I called VK Glass in Concord to see if they could replace my window same day. It was already after 2 and they close at 5. Although my glass was not in stock they went to the warehouse picked up and did install all before closing.

They even took my husbands credit card over the phone since my purse was stolen and I had no means to pay. That’s A+ customer service ….. I will refer them to friends and family… Thanks again VK Glass.

I called three glass shops in the greater Concord/Walnut Creek/Pleasant Hill area to get a quote on removing a large mirror in my bathroom.

I was also a little bit under pressure to get the mirror removed as I had an electrican coming. VK was the best price and even though they were busy he sent a man over late that same afternoon to remove it for me.

The guy who came called first, came within minutes and did a good job and cleaned up after himself. Cannot be happier. Would use again.
